The Dallas Stars are hosting their annual “Texas Rangers Night” tonight (January 18, 2022) at the American Airlines Center and you know what that means… commemorative cross jerseys!
Yes, we’re going to see a hockey version of a baseball jersey. During their pre-game warm-up skate before facing the Montreal Canadiens, Stars players will wear powder blue jerseys with the scripted “Rangers” logo which usually appears on the button chest of the Major League Baseball club’s alternate white and powder blue jerseys.
the Rangers Texas State Alternate “TX” Logo will be worn on the left shoulder; a recolored version of the Stars’ own Texas State logo will be on the right.

Diehard uniform fans will notice the unusualness of seeing an Adidas logo on the front of a Texas Rangers branded jersey; of course, the Rangers wear a Nike logo on the front of their uniforms.
The Dallas Stars have worn Texas Rangers warm-up jerseys twice before, both featuring the arched “TEXAS” wordmark. First in 2019, when they wore blue:
